Brad Bowling on WBTV - 2011
Ah, the joy of getting to a TV station at 6:45 a.m. on a Sunday! Well, at least I didn’t have to load a car on a trailer like the folks who generously brought this Toyota rock crawler. Bill and Judy Vickers also set the alarm clock to drive out in their 1957 Chevy. This short clip was coordinated to promote the fall version of the 2011 Food Lion AutoFair at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Brad Bowling on French TV - 2010
This video clip is from a documentary made for French television by Stephane Munka, who visited the United States for several weeks to put together a story on the 1968 Mustang that Steve McQueen drove in the movie Bullitt.
Stephane, his videographer, and I spent the day talking about my accidental discovery of the Mustang in 1990 and touring a little of the Concord, N.C., car culture. I also introduced them to southern comfort food at a local restaurant. We finished the day with some car-to-car videography, which marked my first time to be a driver in such an exchange. It was a fun day.
Stephane tells me the version you see here gives more weight to my speaking. He has turned down his French translation voiceover for the American audience.
Brad Bowling on News 14 - 2009
I do not get a lot of sleep during the Food Lion AutoFair, although this early morning broadcast was a rarity. Don’t be fooled by the timestamp; we shot this video much earlier in the a.m. By the way, the Dodge Challenger owner is my friend Richard Canter – a local Mopar enthusiast.
Brad Bowling on WCNC (Pt. 2) - 2000
This video is the second of two spots WCNC did for the speedway to promote our Spring 2000 Food Lion AutoFair. You can see from the timestamp that I was up early for the first day of the show. After my TV time, I went to my office, closed the door, and took a two-hour nap before grabbing some breakfast.

Brad Bowling on WCNC (pt. 3) – 1999
This installment of the Spring AutoFair celebrated four decades of automobiles built by Carroll Shelby. Do I look sleepy here?

Brad Bowling on WDBJ - 1996
This is the first video interview I did for Charlotte Motor Speedway. Like most of the time I spent on camera for CMS, I was the resident "old car expert" for the Food Lion AutoFair car show and swap meet.
